Meet the Athletes
Sam Bentham
Sam is a mountain and trail runner based “in the Dales and Lakes.” He specialises in mountain running and skyrunning.
Sam has loved the mountains ever since his first adventure up Scafell Pike many years ago and now spends as much time as he can out on the trails.
He has run for both England and Great Britain and Northern Ireland, in mountain running events including, most recently, the 2025 World Mountain and Trail Running Championships in Canfranc, Pyrenees.
