1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Elite Trail Team Ltd (ETT).

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to all active ETT Runclub members aged 18 or over.

• Not eligible:

• Members of the Elite Trail Team (athletes).

• Members of the Performance Panel.

• Employees, contractors, or affiliates involved in administering the giveaway are also excluded.

3. Giveaway Period

• The qualifying period is the 30 days preceding 1st December.

• Leaderboard data will be taken as of 00:01 GMT on 1 December to determine results.

4. How to Enter

• All ETT Runclub members are automatically entered through their normal Runclub activity; no additional action required.

• Members can track their progress on the official Leaderboard at https://ett-runclub.circle.so/leaderboard/

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be the member with the highest score on the Leaderboard for the 30-day period ending on 1 December.

• In the event of a tie, ETT Runclub may apply tie-break criteria of the highest Engagement Score based on the Engagement Score metric recorded by the Circle App. for the previous 30 days.  

5a. Winner Selection – Premium Membership

To be eligible, ETT Runclub members must have upgraded to Premium and be a Premium member on the 30th November 2025 at 5pm UK time. All such members will be entered into a random draw (consult Mechanism of the draw under Clause 6a below).

6. Prize

• The prize consists of a TrailSkin Ultra bundle (Race Tube) worth £47, two tickets to attend the National Running Show at the NEC in Birmingham (UK) on 31st January - 1 February 2026, and an ETT Training Plan on TrainingPeaks, at your choice (the winner can select the plan among all available ETT Training Plans and can apply it to their own TrainingPeaks account or gift it to a different account). 

• The prize is non-exchangeable.

6a. Premium Membership Prize

All ETT Runclub members with a Premium membership at the end of November (30/11/2025) will be entered into a random draw to receive a free ETT Training Plan on TrainingPeaks, at their choice (the winner can select the plan among all available ETT Training Plans and can apply it to their own TrainingPeaks account or gift it to a different account). 

Mechanism of the draw:

·       The winner will be selected at random from eligible Premium members on 30th November and announced on 1st December

·       A computer-generated randomiser process will be used to determine the winner

·       Members can upgrade to Premium at any time before 30th November 5pm UK time to be eligible

·       Entry is automatic for Premium members; no other action required

·       This draw excludes the same non eligible Members as listed under Clause 2 above.

7. Notification of Winner

• The winner will be notified via the email associated with their Runclub account or via the Circle platform within 7 days of the selection date.

• If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe of 7 days, ETT reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible member.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in line with ETT Runclub’s Privacy Policy and used solely for administering the giveaway.

9. General Conditions

• ETT Runclub reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.

• By participating, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
