Lois has experience working with athletes across a wide variety of sports, including triathlon, athletics, and cycling, and has supported a diverse array of athletes including trail and ultramarathon runners through Loughborough Sport’s commercial testing service. Her work in elite sporting environments over several years has given her a deep understanding of high-performance demands and athlete behaviours.

As a former athlete and current athletics coach, Lois is passionate about the science of human performance. She offers tailored, evidence-based physiological support, combining thorough profiling with practical feedback and education to optimise training and competition outcomes while promoting athlete wellbeing.

Lois’s involvement in trail and ultra-endurance research, with the Elite Trail Team and at UTMB, has sparked a particular interest in the sport. As she expands her research into endurance cycling, she remains committed to advancing evidence-based training insights for endurance athletes.
