Meet the Athletes
Holly Wootten
Holly is a British fell, trail and sky runner who got into multi-stage racing on a bit of a whim after a work filled sporting hiatus.
Deciding to leave the concrete towers of London behind and dive into life amongst the Lakeland fells, Holly has shifted her life to centre around running and being in the mountains. She is now a coach helping other individuals pursue their goals, as well as supporting initiatives like She Runs Free.
Holly has an eclectic mix of strong performances from podiuming short sharp Skyrunner World Series races, to traversing the length of Wales for the Dragon's Back race (where she won and set a new course record in 2025).

Holly’s Favourite trails to run on
⛰ I was lucky enough to hide out in Tignes during the pandemic: border hopping runs around 3000m and long flowy downhills through the tree lines, it has to be one of my favourite places!
Best Trail Running Memory
🏃♀️ I really love helping out on people's Bob Graham rounds and I'm lucky enough to live in Keswick, so I've often found myself helping on night legs. I've found supporting leg 2 through the night has led to some of the best adventures with friends, particularly when the weather is truly whacky and wild!
